It is recognized that vetting issues are of an urgent nature and may occasionally arise outside normal business hours. The ADNOC Ship Vetting Department is committed to support the business at all times, therefore a designated out of office hours duty Vetting Superintendent shall be nominated to cover operations outside the official office hours, seven (7) days a week. Out of office hours calls are limited to ADNOC Group companies and must only be for essential needs.
