12.1     The ADNOC Ship Vetting Department shall retain in safe custody and maintain the confidentiality of all the information about a Vessel or its owners/operators. This shall apply to all information, either furnished to or obtained by the ADNOC Ship Vetting Department, directly or indirectly and that are not published in any public domain.

12.2     The ADNOC Ship Vetting Department shall limit access to such information to those of its employees who reasonably require using such information for the purpose of assessment of a ship or its operators and shall not disclose the same to any party other than ADNOC Ship Vetting Department.
