Crew changes and delivery of stores/spares are generally not permitted except in emergencies and will all be subject to approval from CICPA and the concerned Terminal.

Ships Pre-Arrival Security Information is required.
The relevant https://ppa.adnoc.ae/en/downloads-and-news/downloads/isps is to be sent to the Agent / Harbour Master together with the other pre-arrival documents.
