IMPORTANT NOTICE: CHANGE IN LOA PORTAL

Effective 15 September 2025, all Letter of Assistance (LOA) requests must follow the below updated submission process:

• For contractors with an active agreement:loa.adnoc.ae
  LOA requests must be submitted directly by the supplier via the ADNOC LOA External Portal.
  Furthermore, ensure your supplier is registered and onboarded in SAP Fieldglass, as only Fieldglass-onboarded contractors are eligible for LOA through the portal.
