This Standard shall not apply to the following types of Vessels:

(a)     naval Vessels;

(b)     coast guard Vessels;

(c)     fishing boats

(d)     National Guard Vessels; and

(e)     offshore vessels calling at or operating solely within oil fields outside Petroleum Port Limits.
