This guide describes the world class facilities available at Jebel Dhanna Ruwais port. It has been compiled to acquaint Owners, Charterers, and the Masters of visiting vessels as well as help all parties understand details about various assets including the Terminal facilities and services available within the Petroleum Ports.

The Harbour Master and his team are part of the Port Management Department of PPA. They are responsible for the safe, efficient and sustainable handling of shipping. The team ensures order and safety in the port 24/7.
Efficiency is crucial for a port. Delays are expensive for the shipping companies and the port. This calls for proper planning and support. The Vessel Traffic Information Services team supports the handling of the vessel traffic in the port area and it ensures that vessels arrive in the port safely and can depart from the port on time. The VTIS team cooperates closely with our Ports Operations Company – ADNOC Logistics & Services, who manages the Marine services (Pilotage, Towage and Line handling services).
